Team building that gets people off their chairs and onto the street
A self-guided GPS mystery trail through Sydney's waterfront. No host, no booking slot, no awkward icebreakers. Just your team, a real murder to solve, and a city full of clues.
Built for real teams, not trust falls
A shared goal, genuine collaboration, and no one left standing awkwardly at the back.
No host, no fixed time
Skip the booking calendar. Buy a licence and your team plays whenever suits, at their own pace. No facilitator to schedule around.
Everyone contributes
Story clues, observation puzzles, and mini games mean the quiet ones and the loud ones all have a moment. No prior knowledge needed.
Out of the office, on real streets
A walking mystery gets people moving and talking. It is collaboration that does not feel like a forced trust exercise.
The Hungry Mile
It is 1932 and the Great Depression is choking Sydney. Your team is hired to investigate the death of a union organiser on the Darling Harbour waterfront. Read the evidence hidden in the city's stones and signage, and find the truth before it is buried with him.

Questions organisers ask
How many people can play?
Each licence covers one team of up to 6 players. To run a group of 18, buy 3 licences and split into 3 teams that play the same trail head to head.
Do you provide a host or facilitator?
No, and that is the point. The game runs entirely in the app, so there is nobody to book around. Your team starts whenever they are ready and moves at their own pace.
Can I get an invoice or receipt for work?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, our payment provider, and a tax receipt is issued automatically. If your finance team needs specific details on the invoice, contact us before you buy.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
The Hungry Mile runs 90 to 120 minutes across ten chapters and covers a little over two kilometres of flat waterfront. It is an easy half-day plan with lunch nearby.
What if it rains?
The trail is outdoors, so check the forecast and pick a clear window. Because there is no fixed start time, you can move the activity to another day at no cost.
Is it suitable for all fitness levels?
The route is flat and short, with plenty of places to pause. Teams set their own pace, so it suits a wide range of mobility and fitness levels.
Ready to plan your team day?
Get your invite code by email the moment you buy, with a tax receipt for the office. Then pick a date that works for everyone, because nothing is locked in.
